Overview

Summary

The Application Support Analyst Intern's role is to deliver effective and efficient support to ConvergeOne internal end users in their use of multiple enterprise business applications and infrastructure to fulfill business objectives. This includes troubleshooting applications, software, and infrastructure for all internal customers, such as sales, finance, operations, admin teams, and other business units. Supported applications include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Ivanti Service Manager, ConnectWise, SharePoint, Active Directory, and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Supports the Onboarding and Offboarding of C1 Resources
  • Fields incoming problem tickets escalated by the T1 Service Desk to resolve business application issues, provide access, and perform other application tasks in support of end users
  • Works with the Tier 1 Service Desk Team to respond to requests from business users.
  • Ensures proper categorization of ticket types, severities, resolutions, and root causes in the ticketing system
  • Learns appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization
  • Assist with analysis of results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes
  • Assists with evaluation of documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems
  • Communicates common application issues and proposed solutions to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders
  • Assists with user access reporting and monthly performance metric reports
  • Ability to remain engaged and productive while working in remote locations
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Partial or full completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience performing, or exposure to, user and application support
  • Prior experience with business applications as user or administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Basic understanding of IT Security and Compliance

Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.00/hr.

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
