Expected pay for this position is $18.43 - $21.69/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of Pointcore Graphics Solutions, the Customer Support Specialist will interact with our customers, vendor partners and internal team to service customers to ensure quality service and deliverables. This role will be the first point of contact for customers, working collaboratively to fulfill orders and develop product solutions that align with their business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/ GED
Experience: 1 year previous retail or customer service experience.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Friendly, professional communications both phone and email.

Education: N/A
Experience: 1 year previous experience in signs, awards, or promotions company.
