You and Your Job

As an Assistant Portfolio Analyst, you will be successful in this role if you are able to multi-task in numerous jobs and be a dedicated team player.

Responsible for supporting the Loan Underwriters / Portfolio Analysts with review of Applications and establishment of accounts for QuickLink Credit, AgPartner and other financing programs within the Input Finance department by independently performing all work duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pre-staging of Applications for processing and deciding optimal queuing of Applications based on current business pressures and needs
  • Establishes accounts within the loan origination system
  • Manages correspondence with clients and third-party vendors
  • Assists department with copying, faxing, imaging and answering phones
  • Assembles and aggregates information in conjunction with file reviews
  • Initiating improvement proposals to improve position-specific work processes and servicing capabilities (determining optimal integration with technology enhancements continually made in Input Finance)
  • Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties including Rabo AgrFinance Bank Secrecy Act Policies
  • Understands and complies with all RAF and Rabobank anti-money laundering, compliance and all other applicable law

To be considered for the Assistant Portfolio Analyst role, you must have:

  • Associate degree with 0-2 years of experience
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro-DC
  • Must possess good human relations, communication skills, ability to exercise good judgement as well as work as a team member
  • Must be able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Must be organized, detail-orientated and have a strong desire to succeed
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk. hear, stand, walk, use hands and reach with hands and arms, required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $32,500.00 - $43,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
