JOB DETAILS

Base Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and follow all applicable PPE requirements for tasks at hand
  • Communicate, document, and assist in operator training regarding customer requirements
  • Perform and document in-process inspections
  • Verify in-process procedures and final products are meeting quality specifications
  • Collaborate with production leads, supervisors, and additional quality support members to correct non-compliance findings and trends
  • Aid in addressing recurring issues by conducting appropriate root cause analysis to drive corrective measures
  • Assist in dispositioning non-conforming product
  • Create and distribute non-conformance reports for both in-process and outsourced materials
Qualifications
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent knowledge of quality systems
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point is desired
  • Ability to navigate technical applications on electronic devices
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize measuring tool devices (examples: tape measure, calipers, protractors, and feeler gauges)
  • Ability to navigate numeric drawings and print diagrams
  • Good listening skills
  • Above average reading comprehension
  • Ability to analyze and present findings in a clear, concise, and logical manner through above average writing and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving
  • Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Proven teamwork and leadership abilities
